Then, it snowed!
After it snowed for a few hours..... the American Goldfinches arrived at our feeder!
Strange weather. We must be in Washington State.
Flickers are probably the most aggressive in the woodpecker family. I would say the Red-bellied comes 2nd. I have yet to get a good photo of a flicker, though I have a friendly collection of Red-bellieds. You ought to guess the bird on my blog, since it seems no one else knows birds too well!
