That should keep you busy for a while!
Not one word could possibly ever describe the beauty of our earth. Beauty appears in the simplest of things. I like to capture the moment forever and share it with other people. From dewy grass, to a butterfly, to mountains, to people, to even the smallest of insects... I hope you enjoy my journey through the the lens. Welcome to my blog! This blog is dedicated to Lee Mann, my true inspiration to my nature photography.

I did It!!!
It's been a stormy nasty day today, that's for sure. Thunder, hail, wind, rain and the whole works. So for pictures it was kind of difficult. However I did manage to slip out JUST before the rain started again. I had like THREE MINUTES. But...... After running around like a maniac I did get a few shots. Nothing to spectacular... Just the same old same old.
Yeah I did it!!! A whole week's worth of pictures. This may be my last post for a while - I'll have to see how busy I am with college first. I'm really hoping to do at least one picture a week on here, but Lord only knows.
Live Life to the Fullest......
The Brand New Day |
by LesA47 |
At dawn, through my opened window, I gazed upon a breathless, And heart-stopping sight. On the horizon in front of me, Appeared an aurora of mystical lights, Reflecting deep into the cavities and, Ridges of the surrounding mountains. Before me shown the early light, Penetrating the morning mist, As it caused perpetual golden rays To illuminate through the highest Mountain peaks, Awakening the earth below. As I peered closely, Brilliant colors of light Stretched upward, Like fingers on a hand Into the yet, dawning sky. Oh, as I gazed at this precious sight, Time itself seemed to be waiting, And wanting to grasp hold of The first beams, that would burst forth From the East and to witness, The suns smile beckoning "The Brand New Day. " For Now -- Kaylie Mae |
