Not one word could possibly ever describe the beauty of our earth. Beauty appears in the simplest of things. I like to capture the moment forever and share it with other people. From dewy grass, to a butterfly, to mountains, to people, to even the smallest of insects... I hope you enjoy my journey through the the lens. Welcome to my blog! This blog is dedicated to Lee Mann, my true inspiration to my nature photography.

Always a Way to Escape
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." -- 1 Corinthians 10: 13
Happy Tuesday!

This Shows How Powerful God Really Is!
This is a well used saying in our family. I'm not sure if you are familiar with it. It's certainly a wonderful one to know! Here it is -- "I always watch the words I say to keep them soft and sweet because I never know from day to day which ones I'll have to eat."
You're probably wondering what exactly I'm trying to get at here. Well, onto the story. Last week during our trip, Casidy, my sister said to Samantha, "Samantha you have a large nose." My Mom replied, "Casidy remember this"I always watch the words I say to keep them soft and sweet because I never know from day to day which ones I'll have to eat."
Ooooh, ouch. Remember this? "which ones I'll have to eat"
Last night, Casidy was asked numerous times by my Mother & Father to please do the dishes. Casidy said, "No I don't have to." So off she marched out the front door (slamming it) She set up her golfing net and was going to practice her swinging. There she is happily golfing and having the greatest time... All of a sudden "smack" went the golf ball into the net, and hit the side fencepost, then nailed Casidy right in the.... can you guess? Remember those words she said earlier in the week? "Samantha you have a large nose." Here she comes screaming in the house - blood literally is EVERYWHERE. Mom and Dad tries to get the bleeding to stop. Mom said, "Steve, I believe she broke here nose." & "Start the car." It took 20 minutes to stop the bleeding and after waiting a good hour in the emergency room, she finally got in. Yes, Casidy does have a broken nose. Thank the Lord it wasn't a really "bad" break.
Anyways, it is a great example for all of us to learn and too grow from. In James 3:6 it says "And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue amongst our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell." So, please everyone remember to watch the words you say! In just an second it can strike you.
Note: this isn't to criticize or too judge Casidy, I'm simply giving this as an example...
I hope you all have a great evening!

Some Words to Brighten Your Day

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. --James 4:6

Trip Pictures
So, I have at LEAST 50 more pictures that I would like to have posted, but it is not working for some reason. Perhaps a photo overload today? :-P That, or this blog is totally filled, I don't know... Anyway, if you would like to see all the others please leave your e-mail and I'll email them to you. Thanks. -Kaylie
The Roadrunner

I'd never seen one of these until the other day. We were driving along the road on Southern C.A. and out of the bush came one! Kind of a neat looking bird.
Boulder Canyon

I think this is called "Boulder Canyon" not certain though. It went on for about 10 miles - all these rocks, hills and trees on this narrow road. It was fun snapping away as we were driving.
