Yep. The Rufous Hummingbird just arrived. I think my little post last night about the nectar really helped, don't you? :D
Have a wonderful Thursday!
Not one word could possibly ever describe the beauty of our earth. Beauty appears in the simplest of things. I like to capture the moment forever and share it with other people. From dewy grass, to a butterfly, to mountains, to people, to even the smallest of insects... I hope you enjoy my journey through the the lens. Welcome to my blog! This blog is dedicated to Lee Mann, my true inspiration to my nature photography.

Hummingbird Feeder
4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar = homemade hummingbird nectar.
This year I finally put up a feeder near my window - I can't wait until the Rufous Hummingbirds arrive! Great picture opportunity coming up real soon, I hope!!! :)
"The Waiting Game"
Sisterly Fun
Samantha - I love you!
So... we arrive about 20 minutes early for Speech/Debate meeting for my sister. What to do? What to do? My mom and sister are waiting in the car.... while I'm outside enjoying the sun. A minute goes by. I shout out quite excitedly - SAMANTHA, LET'S DO A PHOTO-SHOOT!!!! Samantha says, "do we have to?" If you've been around me I've most likely photographed you a thousand times, and If you are my sibling, well, photo shoots aren't any fun. Oh. Did I mention that it was a wonderful 65 degree day? It was amazing.
Blessings

Spring Has Sprung!
Spring is finally here, and boy do I like it!
All the flowers are starting to bloom, the migrating birds arriving, frogs croaking all night long, beautiful sunrises, long days.... Spring is awesome in so many ways!
So now... a few Crocus pictures....
What do you enjoy about this time of year? Do tell.
Happy Spring
